ROOF
The system for collecting rainwater from the roof prevents any possibility of leaks or infiltration of water.

Ceiling with 40mm thick insulated sandwich panelling.
FLOATING GLASS
30mm movement tolerance of the floating glass makes it resistant to movements deriving from transportation.
WALLS
Sides enclosed with 30mm thick insulated sandwich.
MACHINE ROOM VENTILATION
CHASSIS
Galvanised steel chassis painted with polyurethane paint. Paint used for painting vehicles. Clients can choose any RAL colour they desire.
Optional: STAINLESS STEEL chassis.
VANDAL-PROOF TOP ALIGNMENT
The machines are anchored at the inner bottom. The top steel plate overlaying the machine prevents any possibility of removing it from the front in the event of vandalism.

MARITIME TRANSPORTATION
Thanks to its sturdy structure, the use of lifting beams is not required for transportation.
Maritime transportation is via an 40 foot HQ shipping container.
Installations
Electrical, plumbing and gas installations are performed using high quality materials, optimised for easy maintenance and arranged to maximise the use of space.
Electric Panel
The machines are protected with thermal magnetic circuit breakers for every 3 machines.
Optional: Descaler and water heater.
FLOOR
The floor of the machine room is 100% Finland Birch phenolic boarding coated with steel plate. The same materials are used for the floor of refrigerated trucks.
CONNECTION HATCHES
As a result of the hatches fitted into the floor, during setup a tolerance is permitted in the connection of the 110 mm drain, the mains water and the electricity.

Rear vandal-proof lock.
