Carwash Pay’s comprehensive service consists of providing all the necessary software and hardware for card payments and telemetric management of control boxes and peripherals such as vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, etc.
The basic elements of the service are the payment terminal and the telemetric plate, both owned by Washnet Factory, in this way, the client saves the initial outlay and Washnet Factory assumes technical, regulatory and commercial obsolescence. Additionally, access to the Contact Center is provided 24×7 and telephone assistance during office hours 10×5.
Washnet Factory manages the purchases, the supply of spare parts and consumables and their distribution, including the SIM cards in the payment terminals, as well as the maintenance of these and the evolution of their software.
In addition, the telemetry application provides comprehensive online data on ongoing operations, statistics, inventories, alerts, etc.
