The Ethics Channel<\/strong> is the internal communication channel of Grupo Moure 24, S.L.<\/strong> and its subsidiaries, Autonet Baleares, S.L., Petronet Espa\u00f1a, S.A.U., and Washnet Factory, S.L.<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as “GRUPO MOURE”) for inquiries or internal communications containing information regarding potential illicit acts, irregularities, and non-compliance with actions or omissions that may constitute violations of:<\/p>

European Union law.
Serious or very serious criminal or administrative violations.
Labor law regarding occupational health and safety.
Regulations applicable to GRUPO MOURE.<\/p>

The Ethics Channel is based, among others, on the principles of confidentiality, good faith, and the prohibition of retaliation, and therefore the rights of those who contact us will be respected at all times.<\/p>

Information provided through this channel must be accurate and relate exclusively to an action or omission that could constitute a legal violation or a breach of our General Code of Conduct.<\/p>

The regulations guarantee that no retaliation will be taken against those who use the Ethics Channel appropriately, always respecting the rights of those who contact us. However, they also establish sanctions for cases of improper use, such as the submission of false information.<\/p>

Through the Ethics Channel, you can:<\/p>

Make written communications.
Make communications through voice recordings.
Track previously submitted communications (the Ethics Channel will maintain communication with the complainant using a unique code issued by the Channel once the communication has been submitted).<\/p>

The Ethics Channel may not be used for any other purposes, including purely labor-related matters that do not involve legal violations (such as interpersonal disputes that do not constitute harassment or issues with employment conditions), or complaints related to the day-to-day management of services provided by Group companies (for example, incidents at a service station), which must be handled through the channels established for such purposes.<\/p>
